This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://brumapopular.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Bruma Store are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size selected.
Incorrect color selected.
Personal preference.
Accidental or mistaken orders.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the product and the defect or error.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, personal preference, or ordering mistakes.

If a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is approved, Bruma Store will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
