This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the conditions outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

All merchandise available through our online store is produced after an order has been placed. Products are offered in the designs, colours and sizes displayed on our website and are not individually customised or personalised by the customer.

Because our products are made to order, each purchase is considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size selection.
Incorrect colour selection.
Personal preference.
Accidental or mistaken orders.
No longer wanting the product after placing the order.

Please carefully review your selection, including the product, colour, size and quantity, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at hello@brumapopular.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To allow us to properly review the issue, your request must include:

Your order number.
A clear description of the problem.
Clear photographs of the product.
Clear photographs showing the defect, damage or discrepancy.

We may request additional information or photographs where necessary to assess the issue.

Approved Claims

If a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, Bruma Popular will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the case.

Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

If a return is required as part of an approved claim, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including the cost of tracked shipping.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method.
